Inside Sales

Duties:

  • Manage daily operations and continue the upward trend of sales.
  • Lead a team of individuals
  • Work with Regional Manager to identify new opportunities, and work to grow revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in both inside and outside sales in the fastener industry.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
