Inside Sales

Duties:
- Manage daily operations and continue the upward trend of sales.
- Lead a team of individuals
- Work with Regional Manager to identify new opportunities, and work to grow revenue
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in both inside and outside sales in the fastener industry.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
